What is MS Authorize?

MS Authorize is an internal web-based application where employees can request, modify and manage SAFE (Signature Authority For Expenditures) limits.  Only full-time employees can hold SAFE limits.  The application is open to all users, including external staff, to request limits on behalf of an employee or to look up limits.
