Invoice approval greyed out for POE type invoices

Proof of Execution (POE) is a document (or document set) that serve to prove that the goods & services purchased have been delivered as detailed in the Purchase order (PO), Statement of Work (SOW), invoice or detailed activity agreements.
 
This follows the policy Proof of Execution procedure under the Global Payout Policy.
