The BIF SUPP (bifsupp@microsoft.com) alias has retired. BC agent can suggest user to create a ticket at http://getbif/support or use the chat window that BIF tool offers from any other page to get support on BIF related queries.

Here's  the steps to use the new self-help model and submit at ticket if your issue is not resolved.

 

1.)    Go to our new support page in //GetBIF -> http://getbif/support/

 

2.)    Type in “Search” or look in the Categories/Subcategories on the left to find an article that is similar to your issue. Click on that article and follow the instructions.

 

3.)    If the article does not help you resolve your issue then click the “No” at the bottom of the page. At this time you can submit your request to the GetBIF T1 Suppot team so that they may help you resovle your issue.

 

4.)    After submitting a support request you should see a confirmation at the top of your screen and also get an email confirmation from your request.
