The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union (EU) privacy law that imposes new rules on how companies handle personal data. GDPR gives our customers the right to access, delete, & correct the personal data we hold about them, to obtain the data so that they can take it elsewhere, and to limit our use of their data at any time, all without undue delay.
Microsoft has incorporated the EU’s GDPR globally into the Microsoft Privacy Standards. The Microsoft Privacy Standards are for all customers, suppliers and employees worldwide and is not limited to EU citizens.
