The Microsoft Supplier Compliance Portal is a compliance tool that a buyer will use to generate an Engagement ID (required for all purchase orders (POs) and engagements involving personal and/or confidential data). The Engagement ID creation process will require the buyer to answer specific data handling questions and provide additional information regarding the overall engagement. Once all steps have been completed, a system-generated email will be sent to the buyer containing an Engagement ID number. This Engagement ID can then be entered into MyOrder as the initial step in the PO setup process.
