Please note that the Global Payroll Services portal is NOT intended for personal data collection/update and is to be used for questions on employees current payroll data. In case of new payroll inputs or changes related to personal data, please apply to HR Services via HRWeb/AskHR button

Under the Tickets link you can:

     Raise a new payroll related inquiry / request by selecting the New Ticket button.

     Report the issue with viewing your payslip on payroll provider site.

     Upload documentation as attachments to support your payroll inquiry / request.

     View the status of inquiries raised online in the list of tickets.

     Send and respond to messages regarding your inquiries through the Messages tab.

     Search for a specific inquiry you have raised using its ticket number or title.

You will be automatically notified, the status of all payroll related inquiries with acknowledgement emails from Global Payroll Services.
